Main Purpose of the Job |

Responsible for providing support and ensure that all assigned tasks are provided in an effective and efficient manner. |

Job Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, email or chat to answer their questions and complaints · Answer all incoming calls and address the callers’ problems in a timely manner · Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required · Perform tasks following the company’s line of conduct and behave in a polite and courteous manner with callers · Regularly follow up on customers' files and call them back in the event of emergencies · Follow step by step procedures in handling incoming and outgoing calls with the ability to resolve and close issues · Collect customer information and enter related information in various company software products · Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the supervisor and communicate the same with the concerned parties · Follow up and stay up to date with current local and international news from different newspapers and websites |

1. Communication Skills: · Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages 2. Personal Skills: · Ability to multi-task · Has positive attitude · Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others · Customer service oriented · Problem analysis and solving skills · Has a high stress tolerance level 3. Technical Skills: · Sound knowledge of basic computer tools (e.g. Office suite, Internet, e-mail)
