Duties and responsibilities
· Respond to client’s requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
· A good understanding of the processes and requirements through online/offline for both mainland and free zones companies / corporate transactions including but not limited to company incorporation, share transfers, changes to managers / directors, amendments to articles of association, amendments to license activities, registration, and de-registration of branches as well as all kinds of visa applications.
· Coordinating with all the freezones/mainland to make sure all rules and regulation/s is up to date.
· A good understanding of Vat filling, UBO filling, ESR filling, Audit
· Assists in maintaining the company’s database and all client’s records and files. Ensures that all the records are accurately recorded and cross-checked, mostly client’s company renewal/s in accordance with legal requirements and freezone’s policies and procedures.
· Not less than 3 years’ experience in a similar position in UAE
DESIRED SKILLS:
MS Office Proficient/Problem solving skills/Excellent English both oral and written.
PREFERRED NATIONALITY:
Presentable Filipina university graduate, 30-37 years old
